Seamless cylinders of several materials classification

Seamless cylinders are classified by manufacturing materials:
1. Steel seamless gas cylinder is a steel cylinder made of billet as raw material, made by stamping, drawing, or made of seamless steel pipe and made by hot spinning. The material of the bottle is made of crushed steel smelted by basic open hearth furnace, electric furnace or oxygen blown basic converter, such as high-quality carbon steel, manganese steel, chromium molybdenum steel or other alloy steel. Used for long-term storage of gas (compressed gas) and high pressure liquefied gas.
2. Steel welded gas cylinder is a steel cylinder made of steel plate as raw material by stamping and welding. The material of the cylinder body and pressure parts is thin steel smelted by open furnace, electric furnace or oxidizing converter, and the material is required to have good stamping and welding properties. This kind of cylinder is used to hold low pressure liquefied gas.
3. Wound glass fiber gas cylinder is made of glass fiber and binder wound or carbon fiber gas cylinder. Generally, there is an aluminum inner cylinder, whose role is to ensure the air tightness of the cylinder, and the strength of the pressure depends on the outer cylinder wrapped with glass fiber. Because of its good insulation performance and light weight, the cylinder is mostly used for holding compressed air for breathing. People working in firefighting, toxic or hypoxic areas should carry it with them and wear a mask. The general volume is small (1-10L), and the inflation pressure is mostly 15-30MPa.
