The meeting specially invited General Manager Xue of Shandong Tian'an Valve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tian'an Valve") to give a lecture. Leaders of Yongan Special Equipment, including Chairman Zhu Kongjue, Chief Quality Assurance Engineer Zhang Chuanlei, Director of Welding Production Department Liu Changqing, Director of Low-Temperature Workshop Wang Hongwei, and Sales Supervisor Yan Chaoxia, as well as backbone employees from relevant departments, attended the meeting and conducted in-depth exchanges focusing on technological improvement and industry collaboration.
As a key link in the upstream and downstream collaboration of the gas cylinder industry, the quality stability and technical adaptability of valves are directly related to the safe operation and efficiency of special equipment. During the meeting, based on Tian'an Valve's years of practical experience in valve R&D, production and application, General Manager Xue systematically explained the core technical principles of valves, material selection standards, adaptation schemes under different working conditions, as well as the troubleshooting and solution of common valve faults in the gas cylinder industry and key points of daily maintenance. In the teaching process, General Manager Xue transformed professional knowledge into practical skills that meet the actual production needs through case analysis and data comparison, helping the participants gain a more intuitive understanding of the key points of in-depth integration between valve technology and gas cylinder products. The on-site interaction was frequent, and the question-and-answer session was lively, with the participating employees all expressing that they had gained substantial insights.

In the follow-up, we will optimize the quality inspection standards in combination with the training content to ensure that every product leaving the factory meets national standards and customer needs." Liu Changqing, Director of the Welding Production Department, and Wang Hongwei, Director of the Low-Temperature Workshop, respectively discussed issues such as the adaptation of valve and gas cylinder welding processes and the performance guarantee of valves in low-temperature environments with General Manager Xue based on the actual production situation, further clarifying the technical details of valve application in the production process; Yan Chaoxia, Sales Supervisor, exchanged views on the personalized needs of customers for valve supporting services and changes in industry trends from the perspective of market demand, providing a market perspective for the subsequent product R&D and service optimization of both parties.
